Abhigyan graduated with a B.A, LL.B (Hons.) degree from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, in April 2015. He embarked on his career at eMinds Legal in Gurgaon, where he served as an Associate, and later assumed the role of Division Head, IPR at Victor Moses & Co., Solicitors & Advocates, where he further honed his expertise in intellectual property rights.

Biography

Since August 2020, he has been practicing independently as a solicitor in Kolkata, specializing in a diverse array of legal disciplines including contract law, company law, family law, employment law, money recovery matters, economic offences, and intellectual property rights. He has also contributed as a Junior Associate in the legal team of the Mohun Bagan Athletic Club, reflecting his commitment to varied sectors and interests.
Abhigyan has co-authored a legal publication on the new Companies’ Act as a researcher and has also represented India in international sports events. His interests extend to Indian classical music, showcasing his versatility beyond the legal realm.
