As an alumnus of NUJS (West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences), Kolkata, with a career spanning over 12 years, Aindrila is a highly regarded IP advisor with deep expertise in Anti-counterfeiting and Brand Protection Strategy across various industries and e- commerce platforms. She began her legal journey as a Judicial Officer under the Hon’ble Justice Joymalya Bagchi at the Calcutta High Court. She subsequently held positions as a Legal Associate at Fox & Mandal, an IPR Legal Consultant at Hindustan Unilever, a Legal Manager at Flipkart, and a Senior Legal Manager at ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (OLA), among other roles. Aindrila’s proficiency spans multiple legal domains, including litigation, negotiation, contract management, arbitration, IP due diligence, upselling strategies, audits, investigations, and enforcement activities. Her strategic business insight and legal acumen allow her to navigate complex legal landscapes and integrate legal solutions seamlessly with business objectives. She brings a wealth of experience that strengthens the firm’s capabilities, delivering innovative solutions to the most intricate legal challenges. Outside of law, Aindrila is an avid traveller and a talented artist.

A graduate of NUJS (WB National University of Juridical Sciences), Kolkata, Valerie has a strong inclination towards child rights, international law, and intellectual property rights. As a student she has worked on child labor issues at the ILO, and at the London School of Economics’ summer school on ‘Corporate Governance’. Having engaged in criminal litigation at the chambers of a prominent criminal lawyer covering the Supreme Court and the various courts in Delhi, and, assisting at the chambers of a former Chief Justice of India, she brings in diverse legal insight and a fresh outlook to the firm. As an intern at a premier IP law firm, her work entailed advising on primarily copyright & patent matters. After a brief stint with litigation at the Punjab & Haryana High court, her work now focuses on providing research and drafting assistance on varied legal matters, also, advising clients on women and child rights, and IP enforcement issues. In her spare time, she volunteers to teach and work with underprivileged children.

A graduate of Calcutta University, Sandip has focused on litigation throughout his career, practicing primarily in the Calcutta High Court and subordinate courts. Known for his thorough expertise in criminal trials, Sandip has conducted numerous landmark cross-examinations. His in-depth understanding of criminal law dynamics and the intricacies of the criminal justice system make him a cornerstone of the firm’s litigation practice. Clients appreciate his comprehensive grasp of court procedures, balanced legal strategies, and prompt case turnaround. His extensive experience spans a wide range of cases litigated before various courts, as well as additional experience in commercial suits, arbitration and mediation, and banking law.
